Heather leverages her passion, and expertise in talent and leadership development to facilitate the transformational learning experiences to advance individual and organizational performance.

 

Before joining Bright Wire, Heather worked in a variety of industries including energy, post-secondary, and all levels of government with a focus on designing and leading organization-wide talent and leadership development strategies.

 

Heather is a master facilitator, an ICF certified coach, and has held leadership positions in these sectors and is committed to helping leaders expand their capacity and effectiveness through an engaging and empowering approach.
