With an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, Lauren’s academic foundation is complemented by a deep passion for people and a strong analytical mindset. She is a published author in the Journal of Human Movement Science, showcasing her ability to think critically and push the envelope in her approach to problem-solving.
Before joining Bright Wire Leadership, Lauren developed her organizational and administrative skills as an Administrative Assistant at a Human Resources firm. There, she gained valuable experience in office coordination, executive support, and maintaining efficient workflows, which she now applies to ensure smooth operations within the team.
