What is an executive leadership assessment?

How does Bright Wire assess leadership effectiveness and leadership potential?

We use a variety of methods to assess leadership effectiveness and potential, depending on the needs of our clients.

One of the primary tools used is the 360-degree executive assessment which measures both the effectiveness of a leader’s current behaviors and their potential for future growth. The assessment provides a detailed report that includes feedback from the leader, their manager, peers, direct reports, and others and helps identify areas for improvement and development.

In addition to the 360 feedback assessment, we may use other assessments and tools, such as interviews, psychometric tests, and performance data analysis, to gain a comprehensive understanding of a leader’s strengths, weaknesses, and potential.

Once the assessment is complete, we work with senior leaders to create a customized development plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. This plan may include coaching, training, mentoring, and other forms of support to help leaders reach their full potential and achieve their objectives. Throughout the process, we provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure that the leader is progressing and achieving their goals.
