As a result of a lengthy corporate career in operations, finance, systems engineering, and retained executive search, Mary Jo acquired strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of the drivers, context and options that leaders face daily. She has worked closely with leaders at every level within and across business units covering finance, legal, engineering, high tech, insurance, start-ups, supply chain management and essential services.

Mary Jo has developed advanced expertise in leadership development of high potential individuals, career mapping and alignment, succession readiness and leadership transition. She is committed to relationship accountability and enterprise leadership through an operational and behavioural lens. Through her work with Bright Wire as a Coach, Mary Jo focuses on expanding her clients’ intertwined competencies of agility, resiliency, awareness, empowerment and confidence as they move toward greater personal and professional fulfillment.
