LEAD 3: Senior and Executive Leaders

Program Summary

Our LEAD 3 Program (Leadership Experience and Development) have an experiential learning focus with on-the-job application of skills learned over 8 months. 

Leaders are challenged to inspire others with executive communication tools and to bring capabilities required to innovate and lead the change they envision for their organization.

  • Leaders with external facing responsibilities.
  • Those who lead organizational interdependencies and across multiple disciplines.

Participants Will

  • Elevate cross functional relationships to create alignment, collaboration, and intentional relationships.
  • Assess and elevate the Bright Wire Plus capabilities to create exceptional leadership presence.
  • Expand the collective thinking towards an organizational and global perspective.
  • Leverage the Bright Wire Plus capabilities to create organizational excellence and sustainment.
  • Undertake a business challenge to apply strategic thinking and problem solving skills that will make a positive business impact.
