Through the program, participants will learn to enhance fundamental skills like delegation, accountability, driving results, directing work, navigating conflict, collaboration, building teams, optimizing work processes, and improving communication.

LEAD 1: Emerging & Frontline Leaders

Program Summary

Our LEAD 1 Program (Leadership Experience and Development) have an experiential learning focus with on-the-job application of skills learned over 4 months. Leaders explore Leadership vs. Management, build foundational skills in giving and receiving feedback, learn active listening, practice building instant credibility, understand Emotional Intelligence, and learn effective communication.

  • High-potentials moving into a leadership role within the next 12 months
  • Those leading individual contributors

Participants Will

  • Have a better understanding of who they are as a leader and as an individual.
  • Will increase their understanding and appreciation for what leadership is.
  • Become more confident and competent to be able to lead effectively.
  • Understand what the basics are for success as a leader.
  • Increase awareness in the value of the “what” and “how.”
  • Learn what is required to shift from being an Individual Contributor to a Leader.
  • Know what mindsets are needed to lead.
  • Feel connected, aligned and supported by their peers.
