LEAD 2: Mid-Level Leaders

Program Summary

Our LEAD 2 Program (Leadership Experience and Development) have an experiential learning focus with on-the-job application of skills learned over 6 months. 

Leaders use coaching to strengthen their understanding of the business, manage complexity, develop talent, build high-performance teams, practice Emotional Intelligence, develop influence, and demonstrate interpersonal and organizational savvy.

Target Audience

  • Those leading leaders – multi level reporting structure.
  • High-potentials moving in to a more broad or strategic leadership role.
  • Newly promoted into an expanded leadership position.
